Since Farm Manuals Fast is offering non-tangible digital goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. If you have any questions on an item please ask before you make a purchase.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
We DO honor requests for refund for the following reasons.
- if the manual you downloaded was clearly not the manual stated at checkout (i.e we accidently put the wrong manual file with the manual);
- if any of the add-ons are defected - CD/Flash drive doesn't have the correct manuals in it/ wrong manuals;

International Orders
We gladly sell to countries around the world. However if you live outside of the United States and are planning on buying something that needs to be shipped (like our CD or Flash Drive add-on) please let us know ahead of time by using the contact form.
Attention: For select manuals we offer to ship the customer a CD copy of the manual for free. These manuals will have this in their descriptions:
“In addition to being able to download this service manual directly from our website you will also be shipped a CD of it via Priority Mail from USPS for free.”
Please note that if you live outside the US and purchase the free manual we will not ship you the free CD unless you tell us that you would like to be shipped your free CD. To do this please use our contact form and select the "Other Questions or Comments" topic.
